We don't charge any fees for bookings over US$1,000. If the cost of the booking is lower, we charge a $30 non-refundable booking fee.
Yes, all bookings made with us are direct bookings. You have to provide your relevant membership number in the booking process in order to attach the membership number correctly.

As all our bookings are direct, you will always pay the hotel directly. In mst cases, you will pay for the stay upon check-out. If the hotel requires a deposit, this will be charged at time of booking (or when the cancelation period ends).
